MKM solicitors is a specialist Immigration Law Firm which offers a comprehensive specialist service in the exclusive practice of all areas of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. The Firm provides Immigration advice and representation to clients based locally, nationally and internationally.

 

Our firm is a niche immigration specialist practice. We are unique and offer a service distinct from other private immigration practices as we hold a legal aid contract and specialist quality mark that provides you the client with confidence that our Solicitors have been regularly and rigourously tested to ensure we each meet the high standards set by the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum accreditation scheme. 

 

Solicitors may not provide advice and assistance under the legal help and help at Court scheme unless they have been accredited under the Law Society Immigration accreditation scheme. All our advisors are Law Society accredited under the scheme giving our clients the necessary confidence that their case is being handled by an approved expert in immigration law.

 

Our broad client portfolio covers the business and private sector as well as individual clients whose matters may be privately funded or Legally Aided (subject to eligibility).  It is the Firm’s policy to offer tailored expert advice and the personal attention of an Immigration specialist to every client. All of our solicitors are Level 2 Accredited by the Legal Services Commission and appear on the Law Society Register of Accredited Immigration and Asylum Practitioners. The depth of experience and expertise that our Immigration specialists possess enables us to give our clients a thorough understanding of their options, and to obtain the best possible results.

 

MKM holds membership of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) www.ilpa.org.uk, Electronic Immigration network (EIN and HJT) and is quality-assured by the Legal Services Commission via the CLS Specialist Quality Mark, which reflects the firm’s high standards of client care, advice, services, and resources. We also use our experience to assist with the training and development of local advice agencies.
