Susan has practised in immigration law for 10 years. She practises in in all areas of immigration nationality and asylum law. She has a particular interest in cases involving children, EEA Nationals, complex Nationality cases and urgent port of entry removals.

Kam Cheung Mak
Kam Cheung Mak BA LLB, Equity Partner, Solicitor, Accredited Immigration Senior Caseworker, Practice Manager.
Kam was formerly a welfare benefits advisor and trainer for Hertfordshire Social Services. He re-qualified as a solicitor and specialises in all areas of immigration and employment law. Kam regularly represents clients before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and has particular expertise in bail, entry clearance appeals and business visas.
Kam is fluent in Cantonese and has a large Chinese client base.

Michael Marziano
Michael Marziano BA, Accredited Immigration Caseworker. Michael joined the firm in 2005 as an Immigration Caseworker having graduated from Winchester School of Art with a degree in Fine Art before deciding on a career change. Michael has a particular interest in detention and human rights. He has an excellent record in successful deportation appeals and regularly acts for clients in fighting unlawful detention and obtaining compensation for those he represents.
Michael also represents the firm in outside events. He has spoken extensively on issues surrounding asylum and has participated in local community events and advice surgeries.
