Susan Marziano LLB, Equity Partner, Solicitor, Accredited Immigration Senior Caseworker, and accredited supervisor Supervising Principal, LSC Quality Mark Representative.
Susan has practised in immigration law for 12 years. She practises in in all areas of immigration nationality and asylum law. She has particular expertise in cases involving children and Article 8 ECHR, EEA Nationals, complex Nationality cases and urgent port of entry removals. She has a thriving Judicial review practice and regularly brings challenges to public law decisions in the High Court
She regularly represents and advises non EEA family members of EEA Nationals exercising rights of free movement and has a 100% success rate.

 Kam Cheung Mak
Kam Cheung Mak BA LLB, Equity Partner, Solicitor, Accredited Immigration Senior Caseworker, Practice Manager.
Kam was formerly a welfare benefits advisor and trainer for Hertfordshire Social Services. He re-qualified as a solicitor and specialises in all areas of immigration and employment law. Kam regularly represents clients before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and has built up a successful immigration bail practice with an impressive success rate. Kam has a large following at prisons and detention centres of clients wishing to apply for bail and can be contacted via telephone or e-mail.
He also has expertise in the PBS entry clearance appeals and advises and represents local businesses. He is the designated legal representative for a number of local businesses holding tier 1 licenses.
Kam is fluent in Cantonese and has a large Chinese client base.

Michael joined the firm in 2005 as an Immigration Caseworker having graduated from Winchester School of Art with a degree in Fine Art before deciding on a career change.

Michael has a particular interest in detention and human rights cases involving toture. He has an excellent record in successful deportation appeals and regularly acts for clients in fighting unlawful detention. Michael has secured substantial compensation for clients that have been detained unlawfully and has a growing reputation in this specialist field.

Michael also represents the firm in outside events. He has spoken extensively on issues surrounding asylum and has participated in local community events and advice surgeries.
